Golf Reports
Use this page to see how busy the course is, what the rounds are worth, and who plays most — and to export your bookings.
Quick steps
- Click Golf Reports in the top navigation (or Golf reports in the tee sheet's ⋮ menu).
- Pick From and To dates and click Apply. It starts on the last 30 days.
- Read Today for today's bookings, golfers, occupancy and revenue, and the period cards for green fee and cart fee revenue.
- Scroll down for the 7-Day Trend, Bookings by Status, Tournaments & Leagues and Top Golfers (by bookings).
- Click Export CSV to download every booking in those dates.
Common questions
Why doesn't golf revenue match my sales report? Golf revenue is the value of the bookings as priced when they were booked, not money taken at the register. For payments, use your sales reports.
Why is a regular missing from Top Golfers? Only bookings linked to a customer count. Bookings made by name only don't appear.
How is the no-show rate worked out? Bookings marked No show, out of the groups that were checked in, completed or marked no-show in your dates.

Golf Reports shows how the course is doing: how busy the tee sheet is, what the rounds are worth, and who plays most. Click Golf Reports in the top navigation, or Golf reports in the ⋮ menu on the tee sheet.
Choosing the Dates
Pick From and To dates and click Apply. The page starts on the last 30 days. Clear goes back to that.
The Today section always shows today, whatever dates you pick. The 7-Day Trend always shows the last seven days.
What's on the Page
Today
| Card | What it shows |

| Bookings | Bookings for today that aren't cancelled. |
| Golfers | Golfers in those bookings. |
| Occupancy | Today's golfers divided by today's places (each tee time holds your course's largest group, for example 4). A tee sheet with every tee time booked by a foursome is 100%. The number of tee times is underneath. |
| Revenue (today) | Green fees and cart fees on today's bookings. |
| No-Show Rate (period) | For the dates you picked: bookings marked No show out of the groups that were settled either way (checked in, completed or no-show). Bookings still confirmed don't count. Mark no-shows with No-show on the booking's page on the tee sheet. |
Period

| Avg Occupancy | Golfers booked divided by the places on offer in the period (tee times × the course's largest group), with both numbers underneath. |
Cancelled bookings are left out of the revenue and occupancy figures.
Golf revenue is worked out from the green fees and cart fees on the bookings, as priced when they were booked. It's not the money taken at the register. For payments, use your sales reports.
7-Day Trend
Bookings, golfers and revenue for each of the last seven days.
Bookings by Status
How many bookings in the period are in each status, with percentages.
Tournaments & Leagues
Tournaments upcoming, In progress, Active leagues and League weeks completed in the period, plus the next few tournaments under Next up.
Top Golfers (by bookings)
The ten customers with the most bookings in the period, with their Bookings, Golfers and Spent. Only bookings linked to a customer count, for example a member looked up at the register or online, or a booking where you picked Link an existing customer on the tee sheet. Bookings made by name only don't appear here.

Export CSV
Click Export CSV at the top to download every booking whose tee time falls in the dates you picked, one row per booking, including cancelled ones. The columns are:
