Cultivation Reports

Admin Manager

Use this page to see what your harvests cost to grow, what each strain actually sold for, how yields are trending, and how well your clones root.

Quick steps

  1. Go to Cultivation → More → Reports.
  2. Pick a report: Cost Analysis, Strain Performance, Yield Trends or Clone Survival.
  3. For Strain Performance, pick the strain under Select Strain and click View Report. It shows cost per gram, sale price per gram, Profit/Gram and Margin %.
  4. On Cost Analysis and Yield Trends, set both From and To and click Apply to narrow the dates.
Only transferred harvests count

The cost, strain and yield reports only include harvests that have been transferred to inventory. A harvest that's still drying or curing doesn't show up yet.

Common questions

The reports are empty. No harvest has been transferred to inventory yet. See Harvests.

Which of my mother plants is best? Open Strain Performance for the strain and look at Performance by Mother Plant — survival rate and yield per plant for each mother.

Can I see all my facilities side by side? Yes. Cultivation → More → Enterprise compares every facility.

More detail: Cost Analysis

Because your grow and your register share one system, these reports can answer the question a grow-only tracker can't: what did this strain cost me to grow, and what did it actually sell for? Open them from Cultivation → More → Reports. There are four.

Cost Analysis

What your harvests cost, per strain and per gram.

Set From and To and click Apply to limit it to harvests in that date range (both dates are needed), or leave them blank for everything.

Across the top: Total Harvests, Total Weight, Total Input Cost and Avg Cost/Gram. The average is the total cost divided by the total weight, so one small, expensive harvest doesn't skew it.

Cost by Strain breaks it down per strain: harvests, total weight, total cost, average cost per gram and average weight per harvest.

More detail: Strain Performance

Strain Performance

A seed-to-sale scorecard for one strain. Pick it under Select Strain and click View Report.

SectionWhat it shows
Grow DataTotal harvests, total weight, average yield per plant, average cost per gram, average days to harvest.
POS DataFor the products this strain's harvests were transferred into: how many products, Total Revenue and Total Qty Sold from completed sales, and Avg Sale Price/Gram.
Profit AnalysisAvg Cost/Gram, Avg Sale Price/Gram, Profit/Gram and Margin %.
Performance by Mother PlantFor each mother of the strain: clone rounds, total clones, survival rate, harvests, total weight, average cost per gram and average yield per plant.

Performance by Mother Plant is where you find out that two mothers of the same strain aren't equal. If Mother #2's clones survive better and yield more per plant, that's the one to keep cutting from.

Sales are matched through the product

POS Data only sees sales of products that a harvest of this strain was transferred into. Voided line items and sales that weren't completed don't count.

More detail: Yield Trends and Clone Survival

Harvest yield and cost over time. Choose Group By — Month or Strain — and optionally a From and To date, then Apply.

Each row shows the harvest count, Total Weight (g), Avg Cost/g and Yield/Plant (total weight divided by the plants in those batches). Grouped by month, it shows whether your grow is getting better; grouped by strain, it shows which strains earn their space.

Clone Survival

How well your cuttings root, three ways: By Quarter, By Mother Plant and By Strain. Each table shows the number of clone batches, total taken, how many survived and the Survival Rate.

Only clone batches with a survived count filled in are included. See Strains, Mothers and Clones.

A dip in one quarter often points at the season — a hot summer in the clone room. A dip for one mother points at the mother.

More detail: the Enterprise view

The Enterprise View

Cultivation → More → Enterprise (titled Enterprise Dashboard) is the view across all your facilities.

SectionWhat it shows
Total FacilitiesYour active facilities.
Active Batches / Total PlantsAcross the whole store.
Pipeline PhasesHow many active batches are in each phase (phases with none are left out).
Facility ComparisonOne card per facility with its rooms, active batches, plants, harvests in the last 30 days and active processing batches.
Recent Harvests (Transferred)The last ten harvests sent to inventory, with strain, weight, cost per gram and date.
Active ProcessingProcessing batches that are pending or in progress.
Facility Comparison needs rooms assigned

The per-facility figures come from the facility each room is assigned to — batches and harvests count toward their room's facility. Rooms with no facility are left out of the cards but still count in the store-wide totals at the top and the two lists at the bottom. See Facilities, Rooms and Environment.

Troubleshooting

ProblemLikely cause and fix
Reports are emptyNo harvests have been transferred to inventory yet.
Date filter does nothingBoth From and To need a date.
POS Data is all zerosThe strain's harvests haven't sold yet, or were transferred into products that haven't had completed sales.
Clone Survival is emptyNo clone batch has a Quantity Survived filled in.
Cost per gram looks too low everywhereInputs aren't being logged, or rooms have no daily costs. See Harvests.
