Menu Sync
Use this page to control which products show on your RezWeed menu and to understand how prices, photos and strain details appear there.
Quick steps
To keep one product off RezWeed (but still sell it in-store and online):
- Open the product's edit page.
- Untick Show on RezWeed and save.
To hide sold-out products until you restock:
- Go to Settings > Edit Settings, General tab, RezWeed section.
- Tick Hide out-of-stock products from my RezWeed menu and click Update Settings.
If a product is missing from your listing, check that:
- The product is active and visible on your storefront or online menu, and Show on RezWeed is ticked.
- Its category is mapped to a RezWeed category, and the category's Show on RezWeed is ticked. See Category Mapping.
Common questions
Where do the photos come from? Your own uploaded product photo first. If there isn't one, a strain-library image for the product's matched strain.
How do I hide the brand name? Untick Show brand on RezWeed on the product, or on its category. If either is off, the brand stays hidden.
Do I need to press anything to update prices? No. Price changes go out on their own.

Once RezWeed publishing is on, Brother POS keeps your RezWeed listing's menu matched to your live menu automatically. This page explains what gets sent for each product, how different price types appear, where photos come from, and how to control which products show.

Which products publish
A product appears on your RezWeed menu only when all of these are true:
- Publish my menu & sales to RezWeed is on for your store.
- The product is active and visible on your storefront or online menu.
- Its Show on RezWeed toggle is on (on by default).
- Its category maps to a standard RezWeed category (see Category Mapping). A category whose name already matches a standard one, ignoring capital letters, counts. So does a sub-category whose parent is mapped.
- Its category's Show on RezWeed toggle is on.
- It passes the out-of-stock rule, if you've turned that on (see below).
When one of these stops being true (you deactivate the product, hide its category, or it sells out with the out-of-stock rule on), Brother POS removes it from your listing. Put things back and the product returns.
What each product sends

How prices appear
Brother POS turns each pricing style into a format RezWeed can display:

| Per-gram weight | A price per gram (shown with a /g unit). |
| Weight tiers (1g, 3.5g, 7g, 14g, 28g...) | A price ladder with one row per weight, labelled like 1g, 3.5g, 28g, smallest weight first. |
| Quantity breaks ("buy 3+, buy 5+") | A base 1 price plus a row for each break, labelled 3+, 5+, and so on. |
| Variations (e.g. pack sizes, flavours) | One row per priced variation, labelled by its option (for example 2 Pack), cheapest first. |
The regular price is always what's sent. If a product has an active deal, RezWeed applies the markdown to that price and shows the sale. See Deals Sync.

Photos
Brother POS picks each product's photo in this order:
- Your own uploaded product photo, if the product has one.
- A strain-library image for the product's matched strain, if the product has no photo and the strain has one.
The strain library includes thousands of ready-made bud images, so flower products often show a real-looking picture even if you never uploaded one.
RezWeed shows your menu on its own website, so Brother POS sends each photo as a full web link. There's nothing to set up.
To show only your own photos, turn on Hide strain library images in the Public menu data settings (see RezWeed Overview).
Strain details and effects
When a product is matched to a strain in the library, its RezWeed listing uses that strain's information even if you never copied it onto the product. This covers strain type, THC level, description, and effects.
Effects show up to five of the strain's positive effects (relaxed, creative, energetic, and so on), strongest first. Negative effects (like dry mouth) are never published.
You can turn some of this off in the Public menu data settings:
- Hide THC % from public listings: THC values aren't published.
- Hide auto-generated descriptions on RezWeed: descriptions that came from a strain match aren't published.
- Hide strain library images: only your own photos are published.

Hiding out-of-stock products
By default, a sold-out product stays on your listing and RezWeed marks it sold out. To have it disappear until you restock, turn on Hide out-of-stock products from my RezWeed menu in the RezWeed settings.
With that on:
- A product with no stock on hand is removed from your listing. For products with variations, it stays while any variation has stock.
- When you restock it, it comes back automatically.
This rule looks at actual on-hand quantity, so a product at zero is hidden even if you don't normally track its inventory. A product that's allowed to sell into negative stock always counts as available.
Showing or hiding the brand
Some stores use the brand field for an internal supplier name they don't want shown publicly. You can control the brand at two levels:
- Per product: the Show brand on RezWeed toggle on the product's edit form.
- Per category: the Show brand on RezWeed toggle on the category's edit form (see Category Mapping).
If either level hides the brand, it stays hidden. Both are on by default.
Per-product control
When RezWeed publishing is on, a product's edit page has these toggles:

Best Practices
- Match products to strains to get photos, effects, and descriptions with no extra data entry.
- Turn on Hide out-of-stock if your inventory moves quickly, so shoppers don't see sold-out items.
- Use Show on RezWeed per product for items you sell in-store but don't want in the public directory.
